What contract terms can you offer?

Unlike a regular AST contract, we are pleased to be able to offer landlords and agents long term leases (typically 3-5 years) under a company let. This is due to the new legislations not applying to corporate/comapny leases.

How do the new legislations apply?

The new legislations about to come into effect in the UK in January 2026 do not apply under company lets, thus taking away the strain of rolling contracts, void periods, higher tenants rights and re-letting. A company let can provide steady, dependable, long-term income.

Who would reside in my property?

As we would offer the property for short-term stays only -no one! The great part about our business is that only vetted guests would stay in the property on a short-term basis - no residents or tenants and therefore no tenants rights apply.

Generally our clients are professionals, contractors and holiday makers. This transparent approach not only voids any tenants rights concerns, but also ensures properties are consistently occupied, coupled with regular professional cleaning and consistent high-level maintenence.

We are a fully insured company, we are pleased to be registered with The Property Redress Scheme and have each property would have specific insurances and complince in place.
